Being diagnosed with heart failure can be life-changing
It can be challenging to live with a chronic condition such as heart failure. But many people live an active life after their diagnosis.
Becoming more involved in your new life can lead to a more positive experience. Building new habits of eating better, tracking your symptoms, and even exercising (as directed by your doctor) can help improve your emotional outlook.
My first motivation is to show that you can be an overcomer and to show people the possibilities of what can be done. I fight to be here for them...to show them that no matter what obstacles come your way, you can overcome them."
