Wellness apps to support you

Apps that pair with devices to record data may help

If you’re living with heart failure or helping to care for someone who is, you know that there’s a lot to keep track of. Apps on your phone, watch, or tablet can make it easier to balance the things you need to help support you.

Apps paired with devices allow you to collect your health data at home. The data are then stored electronically in a simple, accessible format (such as a graph) that is easy to retrieve, view, and send to your doctor. These data can help you and your doctors make faster, better-informed treatment decisions.
